Refund & Return Policy
At Shreenath Creation, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, the following refund and return policy applies.
Returns
- Customized, handmade, or made-to-order products are non-returnable
- Returns are accepted only if:
- A damaged product is received
- A wrong product is delivered
- Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
Refunds
- Once the return request is approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 7–10 working days, depending on the payment gateway
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not permitted

- Bulk or wholesale orders
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
